Redesigned end-to-end gameflow, from cold-start to multiplayer lobbies. Established a comprehensive UI Style Library to streamline asset production and ensure visual consistency across all Unreal Engine viewports.

THE PROBLEM
Upon joining the Skijoring team, I identified friction points in the initial gameflow that overwhelmed players.
My primary objective was to resolve these by re-architecting the menu-to-gameplay transition, implementing contextual visibility for interface elements, and overhauling core screens to prioritize readability at a glance.
1. Optimized Onboarding & Lobby Start Flow
Upon starting a lobby (online and local), players were hit with a wall of configuration prompts, forcing them to set every preference before ever seeing the game
Re-architected the onboarding sequence by segregating non-essential settings into context-specific menus
